The search is still on

We are still searching for a drummer. It's a lot harder to find one than we expected. We aren't giving up yet, even though we were expected to be playing shows by now. It's kind of a bummer to not be in the position to do so. We all know we would put on some kick ass shows. Still waiting. Still wanting. If anybody can help us out, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Becoming The Episode Two

Update

We have been writing as usual. Drinking beer as usual. Eating pizza as usual. We are working on bringing an episode two to you guys out there. We're working even harder at obtaining a steady drummer and actually getting songs out there. We kind of ran into some problems with the last one. So early? I know. We have a drum tryout this week (possibly two) and we're hoping to get something good going. Hopefully, who ever our next drummer is, is super committed, is actually into our music, and is into hanging out with us. Until then, the search is on.

I Really Wanted To Entitle This "Eat My Ass"

So I'm about to hit up a nap and a Budweiser, but before that, I'll post some sweet trash here. Last practice was super fun and I really, really, really can't wait to play again this weekend. I've been air guitaring furiously all day and in the process I've looked like an ass. I'm talking stomps, my stupid hardcore face; the works. That's about it. Hopefully I can spot a rainbow and score a pot of gold so I can go see The Chariot this weekend, I've been listening to 'em none stop for a while now. Super stoked for that, I'd be even more stoked if it actually happened!

The New Guy.

Sup I'm one of the new guys Anthony. I'll be the vocalist for Becoming The Wolf. I'd like to let you all know I just crushed a 72 year old woman on facebook tetris with 61 lines. On a serious note, I'm excited to begin working with everyone on this band project. We've all been good friends for a long time now so I have no doubt in my mind this'll be extremely fun. Oh and did I mention beer? Yeah it's our second hobby. This saturday we're heading back to the studio to get some more work done. Afterwards some bowling, and WIlliam gets to see what a true glutton looks like in a extra hot sauce bacon dominos pizza battle. Stay tuned we'll have more for you.

Another Sleepless Night

This is what happens when we think about this band. We become so pumped up for our own music, we end up messing up our sleeping patterns. We constantly fantasize about being on stage and we know it's just that much closer for us being that we have a full band now, it's hard not to get so worked up. We want this to happen more than anything in the world. We need a few more practices to then start recording, to then start playing shows amongst what ever other social gatherings there are. We do not plan on turning a show down...Ever! We just want to play.

The New Members

Saturday's practice at the studio went a lot better than Will and I expected. We picked up two new members which are Eric and Anthony. Eric is our new drummer and Anthony is our new vocalist. They are both pretty chill dudes and will hopefully become great additions to this band. We also picked up a new mascot for the band , but I believe that was before Saturday. Will and I were out to get chinese food, and we found a 4 foot stuffed animal that just so happened to be a Wolf. We grabbed him and ran all the way back to Will's house with him. He stinks but he seems to be a great guy. After the practice, we all hung out at Will's place and talked about band stuff while drinking beers. The typical night for us.

Just for a little head's up...We have video footage of almost everything that has gone down within the past couple of days to weeks.

Hey what's up, this is Will on this thing. I just enjoyed a delicious lunch consisting of a sandwich and of course, a Miller High Life. Johny and I are about to head to the studio and try out a drummer and vocalist. Hopefully that stuff works out well and we can get this project moving sooner than later. Johny and I also got our noses done yesterday amongst games of dominos and bowling, so if you guys are good maybe we'll post some stuff up! Take care!

And this is my new tattoo(s). There are cooler pictures of them, I just don't have a hold of them (yet). I'm hoping they don't fade too much, I'm not looking forward to paying more money to touch them up.

A little update

On Sunday, we were supposed to go to the studio to try out a drummer and a vocalist. For a bunch of different reasons, we ended up not booking the studio. Will and I just had our own little practice and drank beers while eating pizza (the usual).

Monday, we got to trying out a drummer. It was a good practice being that he didn't really know any of our songs. We will update him (and this blog) if we end up sticking with him or not but for now, we are just weighing our options. Hopefully we can bring in the rest of the members soon so we can put this master piece of a band together (just kidding).

To end this post, on Monday night, I got a tattoo.

We are stoked!

We have big plans for everybody. We have been practicing, writing, and drinking relentlessly and everything seems so surreal. All the pieces are coming together perfectly. We have big goals that we plan on fulfilling. Stay tuned.
